Praxedo recognized in the 2022 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for sixth year in a row
CHICAGO, November 2, 2022 — For the sixth year in a row, Praxedo has been named on the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Field Service Management. The news comes at an ideal time, as Praxedo reinforces its major investment plan to accelerate the company’s international growth while maintaining a leadership position in the French market.
Earlier this year, the company set up a subsidiary in Chicago, underpinning its goal for continued expansion across the United States. An initial fundraising campaign that took place in April 2022 backed the investment plan, which is expected to propel Praxedo’s annual revenues to over 20 million USD.
The Gartner Magic Quadrant FSM evaluates organizations based on their capacity to design strategic, forward-thinking solutions, and software deployment efficiency for their customers.
Pivotal technology partnerships with a domino effect
Praxedo’s position in the 2022 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Field Service Management recognizes the company’s recent technology partnerships which have fast-tracked the development of significant functionality in its software solution. For example, Praxedo has partnered with Toucan Toco, a developer specialized in guided analytics, to add a layer of data analysis, optimized usage management and an elevated user experience. Praxedo has also integrated HERE, an advanced technology platform known for its geolocation, to better calculate technician travel times and increase the power and precision of its optimization engine.
Simplified deployment at the lowest cost on the market
The 2022 Gartner Magic Quadrant FSM highlights the simplicity of the solution’s deployment, at the lowest cost. Praxedo makes this balance possible through continuous enhancements to its integration and deployment processes.
Connectivity and flexibility: Advantages for subcontracting ecosystems
Praxedo has substantially developed its integration capabilities to third-party ERP and CRM software. The 2022 Magic Quadrant recognizes its extensive connectivity and functional flexibility which allow it to support large organizations in the telecommunications, utilities, property and facility management industries and also act as a performance lever for customers and their subcontractors.
A business strategy that serves large accounts and their supply chains
Praxedo’s business strategy favors growth and leads to economies of scale by targeting the large enterprise in sectors such as telecommunications and utilities (energy, water and wastewater, sanitation). The company sells its software to these organizations’ service providers, enabling them to access a unified, integrated solution across their networks.
“Our ranking in the Magic Quadrant for the sixth consecutive time strengthens our strategy at both the product and commercial level. We offer a powerful SaaS solution that is continuously evolving to offer new functionalities that cater to our customers’ needs. The developments we’re seeing for our large accounts benefit their entire service provider network using Praxedo,” explains Jean de Broissia, co-founder, and Chief Executive Officer at Praxedo. “Organizations can thus reliably manage every work order carried out by their multiple sub-contractors. In fact, we don’t just provide a software solution – we offer a solid foundation that drives organizations to rethink the way they approach technical outsourcing. We’ve received excellent feedback thus far, particularly in the telecommunications and utilities sectors, from our large accounts and their supply chains. In launching our Chicago branch, we’re fortifying this strategy in the United States.”
