Praxedo 2014 new release will be soon available!
By the end of first quarter 2014, Praxedo will unveil a new release of its platform enriched with new features. Dedicated to companies with field workers (technicians, auditors/inspectors, delivers/truck drivers,…), Praxedo offers a fully customizable solution fitting companies business needs in order to optimize the management of field resources and smoothen information flows.
The Praxedo solution consists in 2 complementary modules:
- on the one hand, a web interface allowing the dispatcher to schedule and follow in real time the work orders,
- on the other hand, a mobile application allowing field workers to receive their planning and send their work order reports throughout the day.
Praxedo new release offers a revamped interface with an enhanced navigation, more interactive and with an improved user experience. A Web and mobile chat module simplifies communication between schedulers and field workers or field workers among themselves.
Integrated in the chat module, the new photo sharing tool can help field workers to solve an issue on the field, collaborating with an expert (feature is named « Praxedo Share », as above-mentioned).

New fields are now available and can enrich input forms. . A user would now be able to capture sound and video (20 sec. max) via the corresponding fields:
A new feature allowing to manage recurring work orders in an automatic way is also integrated in this new release.
In order to simplify your daily work, the travel time to a point of interest will include real time traffic data.
