With over 15 years of dedicated service, our company excels in the specialized field of snow and ice removal for trailer and cube (carrier) roofs, as well as providing expert solutions for commercial roof snow removal.

Can you describe your main pain point before implementing Praxedo?

In our earlier stages, our operational processes were primarily paper-based, with a focus on managing established runs in the province of Quebec. The challenges were significant, ranging from an overwhelming amount of paperwork for the issuance and invoicing of work orders, to the cumbersome task of time tracking and billing through the manual transfer of information into Excel sheets. The intricate nature of our work, specializing in commercial snow removal from trailers and other large vehicles, often resulted in a substantial volume of tasks to be handled. As we evolved, recognizing the inefficiencies of the paper-centric approach, we undertook measures to streamline and modernize our operations for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.

The implementation of Praxedo allows us to pre-create optimal routes for our runs, eliminating the need for post-configuration route optimization and saving valuable time. These optimized routes are efficiently created and stored for future use. In response to snowfall, runs can be swiftly generated and dispatched. Technicians gather information during their tasks, and upon job completion, this data is instantly saved and transferred to the web, expediting the job verification process. All gathered information is stored digitally in a centralized system, simplifying job searches, verifications, and corrections without the reliance on paper. 

Additionally, the system enables the direct sending of end reports to clients upon validation, contributing to increased customer satisfaction and reducing the administrative time needed for email correspondence. This comprehensive set of improvements ultimately results in faster invoicing and a reduction in the number of mistakes in invoices.
