Seamless Integration Between Office and Field Operations

The Praxedo web platform is used by our After-Sales Service managers and administrative staff—and soon, by our customers via the Praxedo Customer Portal. This enhancement will enable us to handle nationwide service requests from car dealerships more efficiently.

On a daily basis, Praxedo supports planning, database management, and work order tracking.

In collaboration with Praxedo, we have also implemented a data export to Power BI, allowing us to generate in-depth performance reports.

Our technicians use the mobile app to access their daily or weekly schedules, complete work order reports electronically, and work more independently and efficiently.

A Configurable Solution with Advanced Features

Praxedo’s customizable forms, tailored to the type of work order—whether maintenance, installation, or repair—help us address field-specific needs with precision. Additionally, the upcoming integration of a periodic general visit form will further enhance our ability to manage each specific situation we encounter in the field. 

The mobile app also enables technicians to attach before-and-after photos of job sites, serving as essential regulatory documentation. Furthermore, features like electronic signatures and automatic PDF report generation streamline administrative processes, ensuring seamless and efficient work order management.
